Hi, I’m Kelly
I’m a former board-certified holistic nurse turned integrative wellness coach, and I’ve spent nearly three decades supporting people on their healing journeys - first through clinical care, and now through movement, mindfulness, energy work, and coaching.
My path began early. I trained as a massage therapist before I even graduated high school. That initial curiosity led me into nursing, where I spent 15 years in oncology and cardiology - blending conventional medicine with holistic practices wherever I could.
Along the way, I deepened my approach with certifications in yoga, personal training, nutrition, yoga nidra, and energy healing.
I’ve always believed the body holds the key. It tells us when we’re off balance - and it also carries the wisdom to bring us home.
That belief inspired me to design a research study on yoga and mindfulness for healthcare professionals. The study was published in the Journal of Holistic Nursing, opening the door to national speaking opportunities and the creation of the first Renewal Retreat for Nurses.
During the pandemic, I created my first online course - and since then, I’ve continued to develop holistic programs and guide individuals through one-to-one sessions, group retreats, and digital offerings.
Today, I no longer work in hospitals -Â but my clinical background remains a foundational part of what I bring to the table.
I now offer something more spacious: a grounded, intuitive approach that blends science and soul.
